By using the blac.pt website and making a purchase, you accept the terms below.

The store. blac.pt is owned and operated by ITW, Lda., with registered office at Avenida Monte de Cima, 226 RC, 4535-268 Paços de Brandão, Portugal. Contact: pedro.novo@itwlda.com.

Products. Our pieces are made to order. The colours shown in the images may vary slightly from the final product, due to screen differences and the printing process. Sizes follow the measurement charts shown on each product.

Prices and payment. Prices are shown in euros, including VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the applicable price is the one in effect at the time of purchase. Payment is processed securely through the methods available at checkout.

Orders. Order confirmation does not guarantee availability. We may cancel and refund any order in the event of a pricing error, unavailability or suspected fraud.

Returns and shipping. Our Returns and Refunds Policy and Shipping Policy apply, both available on this site.

Intellectual property. All designs, graphics, text and content on blac.pt are the property of ITW, Lda., and may not be reproduced without authorisation.

Governing law. These terms are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, consumers may use alternative dispute resolution as set out in the Legal Notice.
