Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your piece. If something isn't right, we'll sort it out.

Right of withdrawal (14 days). You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. To do so, email us at pedro.novo@itwlda.com with your order number. The item must be returned unused, unwashed and in its original condition.

Return shipping. For withdrawals, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service; we are not liable for returns lost in transit.

Refund. Once we have received and inspected the item, we will issue a refund within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items. If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, we cover it. Contact us within 14 days of receipt, with photos, at pedro.novo@itwlda.com. We'll reship or refund, your choice.

Made to order. Our pieces are produced after you place your order. This does not affect your rights above; it only affects delivery times, described in the Shipping Policy.
